For he careth for you

Author: H. B. Beagle Appears in 2 hymnals First Line: While as Christians we journey to the mansions of light Lyrics: 1 While as Christians we journey to the mansions of light, Many trials await us, many battles to fight; But whatever may trouble, we have but this to do; "Cast all your care on Jesus, for he careth for you." Refrain: For he careth for you, He is faithful and true; "Cast all your care on Jesus, For he careth for you." For he careth for you, He is faithful and true; "Cast all your care on Jesus, For he careth for you." 2 When our burdens grow heavy, and our strength is all spent, And the way long and weary, and our courage but faint; Hear the words full of comfort, bringing courage anew; "Cast all your care on Jesus, for he careth for you." [Refrain] 3 Does the pathway grow thorny, are our feet bruised and sore? Do our foes smite and wound us, and our friends smile no more? He will turn all to blessing, If but this we will do; "Cast all your care on Jesus, for he careth for you." [Refrain] 4 Though our crosses are heavy, and our conflicts severe, Till in anguish of spirit, we are tempted to fear; Let us follow God's order, and be faithful and true, "Cast all your care on Jesus, for he careth for you." [Refrain]
