Refrain: How great is Thy mercy and goodness and love To us-ward, our God and our King! Of all Thou hast done for the children of men, Our voices forever could sing. 2 We thank Thee, O God, for all things Thou hast made, Our senses, our souls to delight; The beauties and glories that greet us by day, The wonders and splendors of night. [Refrain] 3 We thank Thee for life, that mysterious gift, How strange, how elusive, how sweet! For being created and quickened by Thee, With powers so wondrous, replete. [Refrain] 4 We thank Thee for love, that most wonderful gift, For friendships and fellowships dear; For all the enjoyment and pleasures they yield, For home with its gladness and cheer.
