Refrain: For his mercy sought and found us, And his blood to service bound us; So we’ll work for all around us, On the road, going home. 2 We will call to those faint hearted, “Be of cheer, be of cheer;” And to pilgrims who have started, “Never fear, never fear.” [Refrain] 3 We will call to souls in blindness, “Come this way, come this way;” We will tell Christ’s loving kindness, Ev’ry day, ev’ry day. [Refrain] 4 May our souls with love be yearning As we sing, as we sing; May our lamps be brightly burning, For the King, for the King.
