He was a faithful song leader at Donelson Church of Christ in Donelson, Tennessee (a suburb of Nashville). He was a music teacher at Goodpasture Christian School in Madison, Tennessee (a suburb of Nashville). She taught music at Southwestern Christian College for three years and has lived most of her life in the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area, teaching, writing, singing, and publishing music. Her Songs of Faith hymnal is a collection of fifty spiritual songs she authored and composed.
