Born during the last decade of the nineteenth century, in rural Davidson County near Nashville, Tennessee; member of Walkers Methodist Church, Goodlettsville, Tenn. --The Hymn Society, DNAH Archives ============================ [Hardcastle] has written some verse, and has contributed several meditations to the Upper Room devotional magazine.
