Representative Text

1 Saved by the blood of the Crucified One,
Jesus is mine;
Cleansed in the blood of God’s infinite Son,
And in His own beauty to shine;
Precious the fountain from Calvary’s hill,
There will I bath my soul;
Resting in Jesus, His word to fulfill,
Safe, tho’ tempests roll.

Refrain:
Glory to Jesus, I’m saved by the blood of the Lamb;
Gladly I praise Him whose blood cleanses me from all sin;
Glory to Jesus, who suffered on Calvary’s tree;
Saved by His blood, I will sing to His name thro’ eternity.

2 Looking to Him, lifted up from my sin,
Jesus is mine;
Trusting the pow’r that has cleansed me within,
I’m kept by His mercy Divine;
Trusting in Jesus for pardon and peace,
He will my refuge be;
From all my bondage will give me release,
Guide and comfort me. [Refrain]

3 Singing His praises, I’ll press on my way,
Jesus is mine;
Kept in the fountain,
I’m cleansed day by day,
For He all His gold will refine;
Glory and honor to Him that was slain,
Bearing my guilt and woe;
Wonderful blood that will make ev’ry stain
Whiter than the snow. [Refrain]
