Bendita Luz de Deus

Representative Text

1. Que bendita, que gloriosa luz!
A minh’alma vem encher;
É mais bela e intensa que a do Sol:
Cristo veio em mim viver!

[Estribilho:] Luz bendita, luz gloriosa,
concedida lá dos altos Céus
Só ao crente em Cristo, o Redentor:
A bendita luz de Deus!

2. Sempre canta alegre Seu louvor
Quem possui a luz do Céus.
Tem afável e celeste paz,
Dom gracioso, só de Deus. [Estribilho]

3. Esperança, vida e salvação
Hás de ter, ó pecador,
Aceitando Cristo, nossa Luz,
Esse dom do Deus de amor! [Estribilho]
