W. Clifford Petty is a 1986 graduate of Eufaula High School. He received his Bachelors and Master degrees from Alabama State University. In 2022 he received an honorary Doctorate from Graham Theological Seminary. He spent ten years teaching at the historic Saint Jude High School in Montgomery, Alabama and twenty years at Resurrection Catholic School. For the last 31 years, he has served as Pastoral Musician and Composer in Residence at Resurrection Catholic Church. He also spent a combination of 25 years as Minister of Music at Brown Memorial and Capitol City Church of God in Christ where he also served as Montgomery District Music Supervisor.
