Theodore Sisk

1906 - 1979 Hymnal Number: 126 Author of "Ring ye the bells of heaven" in Boundless Love Theodore Roosevelt Sisk was born in Hall County, Georgia, July 15, 1906. He studied singing under his father, Jesse Lovell, and continued studying under other teachers. He wrote for or five hundred songs and was the music editor and member of The Sisk Music Company, publisher of gospel song books in Toccoa, Georgia. He died 1979 in Lexington, Ky. Sanford J. Massengale

Hymnal Number: 19 Author of "I know it is right" in Boundless Love Sanford Jesse Massengale went to Stamps Music School when it was in Dallas, Texas. In 1929 he graduated. He wrote a total of 1800 church songs. Massengale died in 1992 & is buried in Wetumka, Oklahoma.
