Palmer, George Herbert, B.A., of Trinity College, Cambridge, B.A. 1868, curate of St. Margaret's, Toxteth Park, Liverpool, 1869-76, and St. Barnabas, Pimlico, 1876-83. Has published The Antiphoner and Grail, 1881; Harmonies of the Office Hymn-Book, 1891; The Sarum Psalter, 1894, &c. Several of his translations from the Latin are in The Hymner, 1904.
