Full Name: Eddins, Inez

Possibly Inez Carlton Eddins (1887-1917). Residence given as Butler Springs, Ala. in at least one printing (Favorite Songs of the Church No. 2, Church Music Company, 1948) of her hymn "Christ, my Lord, I live for Thee" (I Live for Thee). The same printing notes that she "passed from this earth soon after she wrote it."
