Creen, Edward John (Ted) Creen. (Sept 28, 1948- ). Presbyterian. McMaster University (Hamilton ON) B.A. 1971, Knox College (Toronto ON) M.Div. 1974, Princeton Theological Seminary D.Min. 1994. Published hymns include "Come Gather Round", "Is It I?", "Get the Word Around" in Praiseways (Presbyterian Church in Canada, 1975). "Lead Me Jesus", "Solid Rock", "Blessed" in Celebrate (Waterloo Music, 1983). "Lead Me Jesus" in The Book of Praise (The Presbyterian Church in Canada, 1997, No. 646).

He has also written four musical dramas for children (at this point unpublished) "I Am a Dreamer", "Solid Rock", "Under Construction" and "Showdown".

He has held pastorates in Stouffville ON and Owen Sound ON and is now retired.
