Robert Bell › Texts

Robert Bell was born in 1806 in Colne, UK. He attended Airedale College and became a minister serving Providence Congregational Church, Stainland; West End Congregational Church, Sowerby Bridge; and Bridge End Congregational Church, Brighouse. Along with Joseph Cockin Hoatson, he edited The Halifax Selection of Hymns. He resigned from the ministry due to poor health and lived on a farm near Colne.
