227. How to Reach the Masses (Lift Him Up)

1 How to reach the masses, those of every birth,
for an answer Jesus gave a key:
“And I, when I am lifted up from the earth,
will draw all people to me.”

2 Oh! the world is hungry for the living bread;

3 Lift him up by living as a Christian ought;
let the world in you the Savior see.
Then all will gladly follow him who once taught:
