94. I Believe in the Savior

1 In yonder bright city they’re singing today,
All glory to Christ on the throne;
For all who have mounted the grand, shining way,
His mighty salvation will own.

All glory to Jesus, who died in our stead!
Their crowns at his feet they are casting;
I believe in the Savior, who rose from the dead,
I believe in the life everlasting.

2 We’ll join in the chorus that rings in the sky,
We’ll echo his wonderful love;
We’ll tell of the Victor ascended on high,
We’ll sing of his glory above. [Chorus]

3 All doubt let us banish, since Jesus has died
And risen to live evermore;
All care to his keeping we’ll gladly confide,
And enter love’s wide open door. [Chorus]
