Error when trying to open spreadsheet

Trying to open the xml spreadsheet for hymnal CLLS1950, I get this error message. As best I can determine it's a JRE issue, but it doesn't affect old (saved) spreadsheets. Any idea why, and what I should do?

I am not sure LibreOffice has the same functionality as MS Excel. You can try Data-XML Source or XML Filters in LibreOffice or try a Google search about LibreOffice

I've been using LibreOffice for months, and before it OpenOffice, with no problems opening or uploading the XML sheets, this is a new issue, and affects both my machines.
