Episcopal Hymnal 1871 (Hall & Whiteley)

Is there any chance that page scans from this particular edition might be posted at some point? Of the 4.5 different musical editions of the 1871 (and the six different 1892s), this seems to be the only one not available somewhere online (it's probably rare because there was apparently no later edition reflecting the 1874 revisions). I thought I had downloaded it once from Google books but it seems not.

Also, is there any simple way to do a search for Episcopal hymnals without getting 11 pages that include results for Methodist Episcopal, AME, etc.? I tried putting "(Protestant) Episcopal" in the search field, as that is how they are sometimes differentiated in the results, but without success.

Finding Episcopal hymnals

The easiest way to find Episcopal hymnals that we have is to browse denominations. You can find it under "Explore" on our home page. This will list the Episcopal hymnals under the Anglican heading and the Methodist Episcopal hymnals under the Methodist heading.

I'm unable to find a scan of the Hall and Whiteley Episcopal hymnal in Internet Archive or Google Books at this time.
