Macaronic

How should macaronic texts be annotated as to language? Community of Christ Sings has several such texts, with combinations like Gullah & French ("Kum ba yah, Seigneur"), Tahitian & French, and Spanish & English. I think the best way is probably to put the languages in separately, and explain the situation under Additional Information. If I'm wrong let me know.
