McCoy, Otis Leon. (Ninety-Six, South Carolina, February 17, 1897--?). Church of God. Minister, music editor, and songwriter. Graduate of James D. Vaughan Conservatory. Organized the music department of the Church of God Publishing House as Tennessee Music and Printing Company in 1931. Served as music editor for a total of 23 years.
