Representative Text

1 You are one of the number,
Whom Christ has called to bear
The tidings of salvation,
To all men everywhere;
Proclaim to dying mortals,
The wonders of His love,
The good news from the Father,
Sent from courts above:

Refrain:
He’s counting on you,
He’s counting on you;
The Savior is counting on you;
He’s counting on you,
He’s counting on you;
The Savior is counting on you.

2 You are one of the number,
Whom God has called to bless
With heirship in His kingdom
Through Christ’s own righteousness;
Go in the strength of Jesus
Go yield and bear and do
For service in His kingdom,
God is counting on you: [Refrain]

3 You are one of the number,
Whom Christ was sent to save,
That you might enter glory
Eternally to live;
You are your brother’s keeper,
To Christ, will you be true,
Go then and save the brother,
God is counting on you. [Refrain]
