Representative Text

1 There’s a home, a blessed home,
In that fair land above,
Where peace and happiness abound,—
The Paradise of Love.

Chorus:
This blessed home our gracious Lord,
Has purchased with His blood,
That we might enter through the gates
The Paradise of God.

2 There’s a home, a heavenly home,
In fadeless verdure dressed,
Where toil and labor are no more,—
The Paradise of Rest. [Chorus]

3 There’s a home, a blessed home,
Where care and sorrow cease,
Where sin and sickness never come,—
The Paradise of Peace. [Chorus]

4 In this home, this peaceful home,
Are all the saints of God,
Who washed their robes, and made them white—
In Jesus’ precious blood. [Chorus]
