Can fully comprehend;
But oh, we’ll praise it ever,
Changeless, faithful without end!

O love of God, O saving love,
That saw our sin and woe;
And sent the Son from Heav’n above
That we His love might know!

2 O it was love that sought us
In darkness and distress,
And love untold that bought us
Pardon, peace and righteousness. [Refrain]

3 His Spirit He has given,
O gift of love unknown!
’Twill lead us home to Heaven
