Turn to me in mercy,
At thy feet I fall;
Help me bear life’s crosses,

Like my Lord and Master,
Daily may I live.

2 Give me strength, I pray thee,
To resist the ill,
When my courage fails me,
Be my comfort still;
Thou hast known temptation,
