das ewge Leben hab.

2 O Liebe, die an sich nicht denkt
Und sich nicht selber liebt,
o Liebe, die vom Himmel steigt
und sich für Sünder gibt!

3 O Liebe, wie nur Gott sie kennt,
und sie uns Menschen zeigt,
und deren Tiefe, Weite, Höh
das Denken übersteigt!

4 O Jesu, mehr das Verstehn
