1 Praise to the Lord! He is King over all creation;
Praise, O my soul, with the angels, the God of salvation!
Join in their song;
Psaltery and harp, roll along,
Praise in each solemn vibration.
2 Praise thou the Lord, who in glorious majesty reigning,
Guideth thee onward, in every peril sustaining!
Thee to uphold
Arms of His mercy enfold,
Patient ‘mid all thy complaining.
3 Praise thou the Lord, who with honor and blessing hath crowned thee,
Pouring His gifts out of heaven like showers around thee!
Think of it too
What the Almighty can do—
How by His love He hath bound thee.
4 Praise to the Lord, and let all that is in me adore Him!
All that have breath, with his ransomed ones worship before Him!
He is our light,
Fountain of glory and might.
Come, let us kneel and adore Him!
