Representative Text

1 Praise, O praise the Lord, ye nations,
Praise Him with joy and gladness,
O sound forth the message of salvation,
Laud and magnify His name,
King of Kings—His reign shall be forever,
He is greatly to be praised,
His love shall perish never,
O praise ye the Lord with gladness.

Refrain:
Praise, O praise the Lord, ye nations,
Praise Him with joy and gladness,
O sound forth the message of salvation,
Praise and magnify the Lord.

2 Praise, O praise the Lord, ye nations,
He is Thy great Redeemer,
O bow down in love and adoration,
Sound forth the glories of His name.
He will ever be a shield and refuge,
He is the world’s eternal light,
Join with the hosts of glory,
O praise ye the Lord with gladness. [Refrain]
