Gloriosa cidade

Representative Text

1. Ó, filhos de Sião, honrai ao Rei dos reis;
Louvores altos Lhe cantai, louvores altos Lhe cantai.
Guardai a santa Lei, guardai a santa Lei.

[Estribilho:]
Sião é a nossa santa e gloriosa cidade,
Também perene morada dos crentes em Cristo Jesus.

2. Os que do mundo são, a Deus não dão louvor;
Mas filhos do celeste Rei, mas filhos do celeste Rei,
Louvai ao Salvador, louvai ao Salvador! [Estribilho]

3. Ó, venham-nO louvar os que Seus filhos são,
E se ergam já a suplicar, e se ergam já a suplicar
As terras de Sião, as terras de Sião! [Estribilho]
