1 Now all the bells of East­er ring,
Their voic­es seem to say,
"Come, ce­le­brate the wond­rous thing
That God has wrought to­day!"

Let the East­er an­them ring;

Glory to our ris­en king.

2 For Je­sus Christ has ris’n to­day,
To save and bless His own,
And all the faith­ful hom­age pay,
Before His al­tar throne. [Refrain]

3 And we, with all who love Him well,
Our joy­ful hymns will raise,
For child­ren may the chor­us swell,
Of thank­ful­ness and praise. [Refrain]

4 Now all the bells of East­er ring;
With haste the call ob­ey;
For all the Church ado­res her king
