Representative Text

1 My heart is God’s kingdom
And here is his throne,
No other can enter,
He reigns here alone.
His law I delight in,
His law I obey;
And faithfully serve him
And love him alway.

Refrain:
My heart is God’s kingdom,
And here is his throne;
My King and my Savior,
He reigns here alone.

2 My heart is God’s kingdom
No foe can come in
To hurt or affright me,
Or lead me to sin.
For ever around me
Is God’s mighty arm,
To strengthen and help me
And guard me from harm. [Refrain]

3 My heart is God’s kingdom
He tendeth with care
The fruit of the Spirit
Now ripening there.
Love, gentleness, peace in
His kingdom are found;
Joy, meekness, and faith
And true goodness abound. [Refrain]
