Then toiled as one till radiant shone
Those walls o’erlaid with gold.

“Let us arise and build!”
O heed the call today,
Then Christ’s “Well done!” at set of sun
Shall crown the weary way.

That message rings through time,
And moveth still the heart and will
To energy sublime. [Refrain]

In graces of the soul,
Till each shall be in symmetry
A perfect rounded whole. [Refrain]

4 But let us build on Christ,
The soul’s foundation strong,
