1 Jesus Christ the world’s Redeemer who has bought you for his own,
Would to all the blessed fulness of his saving grace make known;
He would give you peace and comfort which no other pow’r could bring,
In your heart why not enthrone him and make Jesus King?
Refrain:
Make Jesus King, crown him your Lord and Saviour,
Make Jesus King in heart and in life enthroned;
Make Jesus King, worship him now and ever,
Adore him, and praise him, and crown him King.
2 Come not with a heart divided, gladly yield to him your all,
In a perfect consecration humbly at his footstool fall;
Let the waters of salvation be in you a living spring;
Give your fears and doubtings over and make Jesus King. [Refrain]
3 He is coming, he is coming back to earth to claim his own;
Would you be among the number who shall share his royal throne?
Would you join the mighty chorus that shall make the heavens ring?
Watching, waiting for his coming, then make Jesus King. [Refrain]
