Russell, Rev. Byron G. (New Haven, Connecticut, c.1850--March 23, 1930). He graduated in 1875 from the Theological School at Tufts College and entered the Universalist ministry, serving a church at Standing Stone, Pennsylvania. His hymn beginning, "Our Father, unto thee" was included in Church Harmonies: New and Old, 1895; in Hymns of the Church, 1917; and in Hymns of the Spirit, 1937.
