1 إن لم يشيِّد بانياً
البيتَ ربُّنا
فباطل تعبكمْ
يا قومُ في البنا
وباطل سهركمْ
لتحرسوا البلدْ
إن كان لا يحرسها
إلهنا الصمدْ

2 وباطلٌ تبكيرُكمْ
في الصبح للأعمالْ
وباطلٌ تأخيركمْ
لتُنجزوا الأشغالْ
وتأكلون خبزَكمْ
بتعبٍ دوما
لكنما يُعطي العلي
حبيبه نوما
