Representative Text

1 I will trust my blessed Saviour,
For I know He died for me,
And that o'er the king of terrors
He hath gained the victory.

Refrain:
I am coming, Lord, I'm coming,
Coming now without delay;
I will trust Thee; Saviour, bless me,
Keep me lest I go astray.

2 I will leave the world behind me,
And its follies, all its sin;
Take me, Saviour, and in mercy
Let Thy work of grace begin. [Refrain]

3 I will own my Lord and Master,
With the mouth I will confess,
Here before the congregation
His exalted name I'll bless. [Refrain]

4 With my Lord I will be buried
In His Own baptismal garve.
Lord, I all to Thee surrender,
Thou wilt bless and Thou wilt save. [Refrain]
