Born in January, 1852. Died November 11, 1930. An English Esperantist, solicitor and linguist, Lambert translated Shakespeare's Macbeth and Julius Caesar into Esperanto. He was a government censor during the Great War. He was one of the seven founding members of the British Esperanto Association.
