Felton was pastor of the Bushkill Methodist Church, Wind Gap, Pennsylvania (1911-13), and the Trainer Methodist Episcopal Church, Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania (as of 1927). He apparently lived many years in or near Chester, Pennsylvania.
Felton married twice: To Edna Moore, who died in childbirth in 1906, then to Maude Irene Wiest. He was drafted in both World War I and World War II.
