O Blessed Fountain

Representative Text

1 From Calv'ry's mountain there flows a fountain,
Come, thirsty soul, its waters share;
This stream will heal you,
Christ's love will fill you,
And take away your ev'ry care.

Refrain:
Fountain flowing free, from Mount Calvary,
Cleansing for the soul offered you and me;
Hear the call of love, falling from above,
Drink now, and live eternally.

2 Come now, dear sinner, and be a winner,
Drink freely at this fount today;
Your sins forgiven, in God's fair heaven,
You shall have peace and joy for aye. [Refrain]
