For all, who believeth on God's only Son

Representative Text

1 For all who believeth on God's only son,
There's mercy and blessings when toil here is done;
The gospel of Jesus, oh! why not believe?
In heaven then you, a bright crown shall receive!

Chorus:
How sweet is the gospel, How precious the word!
How lovely the message of Jesus we've heard!

2 Remember, dear sinner, that Christ for you died,
And if to your heart, then, His blood is applied,
From sin and from sorrow; 'twill make your soul free;
Oh listen, dear sinner, He's calling for thee! [Chorus]

3 From all paths of darkness, He asks you to come,
And live with Him there in that beautiful home,
Of love and of joy where He's gone to prepare,
A home for the souls, of His loved ones to share! [Chorus]

4 The gospel of Jesus, is precious to all
Who hears this sweet message and answers His call;
Believe it, receive it, and happy you'll be,
He's calling lost sinners, He even calls me. [Chorus]
