Escucha, Oh Dios, Mis Palabras

Representative Text

1 Escucha, oh Dios, Tú, mis palabras,
acoge mi meditación
y presta oido a mi clamor
cuando implorando a ti viniere,
Rey y Dios mío.

2 Mi voz oirás or la mañana;
temprano me presentaré
confiando en ti y esperaré,
porque maldad, mi Dios, no quieres
junto a tu templo.

3 Lugar no tiene el insensato
delante de tu santidad.
No quieres tú la iniquidad;
hombre de sangres abominas,
y de mentiras.

4 Tu gracia a ti me ha conducido
para cantarte mi loor.
Mantenme siempre en tu temor
y líbrame del enemigo
en tu justicia.

5 Castígalos por su pecado
porque conspiran contra ti;
no hay en su boca rectitud,
iniquidad son sus entrañas;
júzgalos presto.

6 A ti confiados pues alaban;
voces de gozo siempre den
cuantos se apoyan siempre en ti.
Tú rodearás a quien te ama,
con bendiciones.
