Cicha Noc

Representative Text

1 Cicha noc, świéta noc!
Wszystko śpi, Boża moc
strzeże żłóbka, a Maryja wraz
tuli Dziecię niebiańskich kras,
Śpij, dziecino ma, śpij!
Śpij, dziecino ma, śpij!

2 Cicha noc, świętą noc!
W Betlejem staje wódz.
Anioł wieści pasterzom ten cud:
Radość wielką dziś wszystek ma lud,
Chrystus Zbawca nam dan!
Chrystus Zbawca nam dan.

3 Cicha noc, święta noc!
Bożyś Syn! Życia moc,
miłość płonie w uśmiechu Twych wart,
Koniec naszych już tęsknot i skarg:
Oto Chrystus wśród nas!
Oto Chrystus wśród nas!

Alles schläft, einsam wacht
nur das traute, hochheilige Paar,
Holder Knabe im lokkigen Haar,
schlaf in himmlischer Ruh,
schlaf in himmlischer Ruh.

Silent night, holy night!
All is calm, all is bright
Round you virgin mother and child.
Holy Infant, so tender and mild,

Sleep in heavenly peace.

Tichá noc, svatá noc
jala lid
v blahý klid.
Dvé jen srdci tu v Betlémē bdí,
hvězdy při svitu u jeslí dlí,
v nichž malé děťátko spí,
v nichž malé děťátko spí,

Francuski:

Voici Noël, ô douce nuit!
L'étoile est la, qui nous conduit:
Allons donc tous, avec les mages,
porter a Jésus nos hommages,
car l'enfant nous est né,
le Fils nous est donné!

Słowacki:

Tichá noc, sväta noc,
Usnula zem celá,
dvaja len bdejú v Betleheme;
v jasliach Dieťa tam utešené
tiško, spokojne spi,
tiško, spokojne spi.

Szwedzki:

Stilla natt, heliga natt!
Allt är frid. Stjärnan blid
skiner på barnet i stallets strå
och de vakande fromma två.
Kristus till jorden är kommen,
ass är en Frälsare född.
