This gospel original by Lloyd Larson is so expertly written that it sounds like a gospel classic and leads quite naturally to a section of the traditional hymn, “‘Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus!” Stylized harmonies, keyboard accompaniment, and choral writing abound, including sections of three-part women’s vocals serving as the back-up choir for the men’s melody. Add the optional brass and rhythm accompaniment, and you’re sure to have everyone catching the toe-tapping, hand-clapping spirit!
