�Golgotha� is a pensive, yet dramatic setting of Geoffrey Studdert Kennedy�s expressive poem that transports Jesus' suffering at Golgotha to a 20th century setting with the same result--our forgiveness and redemption. The obbligato oboe or violin part adds a distinctive touch to this richly textured composition.
