But Martin Luther's delightful text begs to be sung in its entirety, and here is one way to do it without over-taxing the congregation. Each stanza is set in a manner designed to express its own mood. Stanzas may be spread throughout a service or sung all together as a kind of "mini-cantata" for the day.
