James P. Tiefel is a longtime professor of worship and homiletics at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Mequon, WI, born 1949. His first parish was St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Saginaw, MI. He also serves as the Seminary's choir director and is a skilled organist.
