Founder member of the Mississauga Symphony, 1972, playing Viola. Married to Mary Ruth Brant of Birmingham, UK, 1951 - March 2013. He wrote the hymn "O God of our Redeeming Grace" to enhance the worship at Erindale Bible Chapel, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
