Christopher Pitt (1699 – 13 April 1748) was an English clergyman poet; he was also a translator whose performance was esteemed in his day.

Pitt, Christopher, M.A., was born at Blandford, Dorsetshire, 1699, and died 1748. He translated the Æneid, and Vida's Art of Poetry. He was educated at New College, Oxford, and was Rector of Pimperne, Dorsetshire.
