Cedric Bucknall, born 2 May 1849 in Bath and died 12 December 1921, was an English organist and botanist.

Bucknall was a pupil of William Monk, and became his assistant in 1868. He served as organist of Southwell Minster (1872) and All Saints, Clifton (1876). He received his MusB degree from Oxford in 1878.
