Christopher H. H. Booth was born on September 5, 1865, in Accrington, Lancashire, England. Christopher emigrated to America with his parents in 1895 and became a naturalized citizen in 1905. He lived in New York City, worked with the Victor Talking Machine Company (1905), played for Red Seal artists, and was organist and choirmaster at Church of the Advent (1909-39). He died on April 19, 1939 in New York City. He was also a conductor and composer. His works include:
