Non-Latin-alphabet searching

You are here

Since I'm at least as interested in, and active in, non-English hymnody, much of it in alphabets other than the Latin one English has adopted, I tried searching for "???? ??? ????????? ?????", the original incipit of the text Neale translated as "A great and mighty wonder". No result, not even a "refine search" link. Then I tried just looking for "?????????" and got infinite hits: the First Line part of the results says "See all 9839 first line matches", the Topic section says "See all 35681 topic matches", and the Tune Title part says "See all 9606 tune name matches". Obviously there is a glitch here.
