For some reason, four items from the Supplements to the UMH are linked to the tune authority for Mark Koontz's “[Holy, holy, holy, Lord Almighty]” rather than to NICAEA, where they clearly belong. I'm not ready to devote the energy needed at the moment to fix this, so if somebody else can, go for it!
